Invoice read receipts are one of the most practical features in Nobevra. Instead of guessing whether your client received the invoice, you get a real-time notification the moment they open it.

Enabling read receipts

Go to Settings > Invoices > Read Receipts and toggle on "Email Notification on Invoice Open". You will receive an email notification with the client name, invoice number, and the exact time they opened it.

Pro Tip

Use read receipts to time your follow-up perfectly. If a client opened an invoice 3 days ago and hasn't paid, it's a great time to send a polite check-in.
